Hello to your day,
As I read the book*, the shells inside me open layer by layer,
Good feelings that come with small steps taken after just watching without doing anything , sadness and weakness... Hopes about walking together with people, suspicious reproaches about being late, calls saying "don't hang around here, keep going", shrugs again...
Each of them greets me with calmness and grace. Then I think they can't stand my pure malice, they surround me with their presence and remind me that we are one and whole, that I am not alone in this journey, I remember;
When a branch breaks,
oozing out of my veins,
is the sap of the tree.
It is the effort of the sprout that grows
the one that gives life to my life energy.
If I'm alone but
not lonely,
It's from the deep connection I feel,
parts of me merging into one.
It's the pain in my heart
that is light to the depth,
on the road that opens with pain,
the reality of pain.
The healing source of acceptance awaits,
the light of my steps.
